On Saturday 31 January, the club hosted its first ever Non-League Dogs day for the match against Chipstead.
A lot of hard work was undertaken by several individuals from the Non League Dogs team and our very own Steve Harrold (aka Hackbridge Harry). Their superb efforts were rewarded by a very good turnout with some 15 canine fans and a crowd of nearly 400.
Steve judged the ‘Dog of the Day’ award which was wonby Paddy and £145 was raised for a local dog charity – Phoenix French Bulldog Rescue.
Hopefully will be repeating the event in future seasons.
