The club is sad to announce the passing of Richard ‘Dicky’ Jago, who sadly passed away on 3rd November 2023.
Richard started his football career with Home Farm in his hometown Dublin, Ireland. He then decided to leave Ireland in the 1960s to further his career in the UK, which is when he joined Tooting and Mitcham United, playing on the right wing with Alex Stepney in goal.
He was an extremely proud team player and would fondly speak about his days playing for the club, every time his family got together.
